DANCE SUBMISSION (2019-) 

In August, I began a performance research project titled, “DANCE SUBMISSION.” The research is a series of unscripted conversations, dramatic improvisational scores, and personalized solos choreographed for each friend and collaborator involved. The resulting video essay is a series of dramatic and comedic structures looking at notions of submission, vulnerability, failure, and rejection as they relate to social and formal (dance) performance.
